Cam sensor and PCM/ECM control injectors. It is also possible your security system is preventing injector pulse. Is your security light on when you try to start? Does your key have a computer chip in it? The dealer will have to reset the security feature with a scanner. If this was not so, anyone could steal your car by disconnecting the battery. Unless there is a security access pass procedure, I do not have the book for that model in front of me but it should have a way to do so with a scanner, need the code on the security module.
