Sounds like either your thermostat is stuck or you are low on coolant or the engine has overheated and you have a blown headgasket. The bubbles sometimes are from a cracked head or blown gasket. Get it to a mechanic quickly. A blown headgasket is fairly easy to fix but if you keep driving it you might be in for much more expensive repairs or the engine head could warp requiring machine shop repairs. How many miles are on it? is it worth putting thousands of dollars into if the heads are warped? Get it to a good mechanic soon.
