It looks to be a very fixable truck. If the core support, Ac condenser/radiator, and fenders/hood are all ok, why not replace the bumper? Does the damage extend to the frame? Were the air bags set off? If you intend to get rid of it, I'd try selling it as is, list it as a project truck and hold to a set price and be prepared to deal with some ridiculous low ball offers. You'd make more parting it out, BUT that can take some time, months if not years, and it needs a place to sit while being stripped. That looks like a pretty nice street in the picture, so assume the neighborhood won't allow a vehicle to be gutted in the driveway. Either sell it as is, intact, and let someone else strip it for parts, or fix it and keep it.
just re-read your opening post, you did mention it has frame damage. So in that case, keeping it or fixing it is not worth it. I'd still try and sell it intact if you're not prepared to strip down a vehicle and store parts or body panels. Someone out there will want most of the body panels which appear to be in good shape. You'll also need a title if you go to scrap the frame/chassis.
Try moving it on craigslist or marketplace on Facebook as a complete truck for parts.
