I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 4x4 and it wont start unless accelerator is pressed to the floor, when i release pedal it dies what could be problem?

Try some general maintenance things first. Check air filter clean throttle body replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while add some fuel injector cleaner to gas tank. Suggest sea foam injector cleaner add to gas tank.
