95 dodge ram clutch? or transmission?

have a 1995 dodge 1500 4x4 5.9 liter truck,  . I would of course shift into first and let out
the clutch the truck would barely move. so i would have to increase the rpm to move truck
forward quit high and it would slip.... now it doesn't move at all? what happened?
