Why does the floor shake at around 45 mph ?

At about 45 mph the floor starts to shake
near the 4wd shifter if you let off the gas or
go faster it stops? What would cause that
and can I fix it myself? Its a ram 1500 5.9l

Could also be a bent front drive shaft if you've been out in the woods or on the rocks.
