97 dodge 1500 no spark or fuel

I have a 97 ram 1500 it has been setting 4
years I have no fire and the fuel pump is not
kicking on.

If it's been sitting 4 years then the fuel tank should be cleaned out , check for power and ground at the pump , mice can invade even a daily driver so there's no telling what electrical problems you may have .

check fuses and relay borrow the horn relay switch with fuel p ..relay there the same
