Battery has a full charge and connections good? When you first turn on the key, do you hear the initial prime for a couple of seconds?Engine cranking, did you check voltage and ground for the old fuel pump? For the primary pump, gray wire is voltage, black wire is ground, check them both. I need to ask, are you missing anything else? Engine cranking do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? If your missing everything have to check for rpm signal, comes from crank sensor. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction. Here is fuel pump wiring.
