Why does fan air move dring excelleration?

The air from the fan moves from frontal
vents to defrost vents during excelleration
eith air conditioner on . Also no air from
frontal vents when in lower vents and
frontal vent settingb

You must have vacuum operated blend doors. There is probably a vacuum leak somewhere, possibly at the vacuum reservoir.

Ok l just had a total resoration done body interior , it had the problem prior so l will pursue where they didnt do. Everything under the hood was replaced . If the vacuume canister is in the fender l know they never was there. I ' m having an issue like irs running to rich and occasional back fire and hesistation spoke with the mechanic today he thought was a vacumme issue also so this is sll making sense.

A vacuum leak would make it run lean but it can cause running issues if it is large enough.
