Abs light and air bag light

When my yellow abs light and red air bag
light is on my power windows won’t work
nor does my a/c. I could turn it off and
restart and everything would be fine. Now
it’s staying on. The defrost not heat work
either when the lights are on. Can you help
me?

Does your electromechanical marvel have a high salt diet (frozen roads, coastal region)? Sounds like dirty/corroded grounds...which ones; disassemble n clean them all, frame, body and engine grounds. If it's not the grounds, then next, check/swap around the relays in the power distribution box (A/C, ASD, ABS). The relay connectors could be dirty/corroded or the internal contacts of the relays could suffer the same mallady. No sure cure, but a good place to start.
I am having this exact problem. I put my truck in park and it started beeping and these same two lights came on and now AC and power windows not working. Did you ever figure it out?
I am having the same issue on a 2000 dodge Dakota but if I hold the window down button and start it everything will work did you find a fix
