It is possible, but it is a lot of work. Best to start with a donor truck. you will need all wiring and electronics from the hemi truck. There have been several documented swaps into Dakotas on the internet, and it would probably be similar.

I would suspect you'd have to weld the brackets for engine mounts in proper spots,than do the same for proper space for transmission mount. Replace the engine harness,computer, all the necessary hook ups, and than drive shaft and rear axle,shocks springs and all necessary changes. Be cheaper to buy newer truck.
