Could be,but first thing i would do is check for fuel and spark, see which one or both is the issue, may be a simple as fuel rely bad because of shorting out,but would help me help you to know if you have spark and fuel?

I replaced the fuel relay and crank position sensor as well checked to see if fuel pressure is good. Not seeing spark coming to the plugs.

The ecm fuse would be my first check,it is there to protect the ECM from shorting out,if it is good you ma have hurt the ECM.
