Asked by tmsesss Mar 16, 2017 at 04:26 PM about the 1998 Dodge RAM 1500 Laramie SLT Club Cab 4WD

Question type: Car Customization

wondering if i should replace my engine with like a hemi, lsx, or 5.0 coyote
motor or just pull it out rebuild it and possibly through in a bigger cam shaft
valves and heads possibly supercharge it or turbo charge it which ever is
cheaper to do and yes the engine is a magnum 318

Putting a new hemi in your truck will require the proper ECU and smog devices to be installed with it. I would skip the Ford motors ;)
