When that happened to my F350 i replaced the fuel filler neck. Bought mine on ebay.

Well i have to put about 250 into my jeep which is my daily driver and dont have a lot of money to fix the truck at the moment... but the kink was in the lower rubber portion of thr hose.. just for giggle i tried.pushomg the dent out with a bottle jack and a short two by four... it pishes it out enough that i was able to wiggled the fuel filler hose back into place and it unkinked the rubber part... all i have to do until i can buy the mounting plate for the top part of the hose is pit a little hole in the plastic above it and run a wire coat hanger around it for now.... yay gerryriggin. That will at least hold it in place til i get paid again in two weeks. >.<

Good lord i can't type on a touch screen phone. I swear i'm not that illiterate. I may not know what the parts on the vehicles are called but can at least get them running enough to get it home most of the time.....
