can you replace a 1998 dodge 1500 ram front window with a 1996 dodge 1500 ram window

Front windshield on 1998 dodge ram 1500 badly cracked. started off small but
spread. Found a window from a 1996 1500 ram, but not sure if it will fit. any
advice appreciated
