I was driving and truck I think ran out of gas. So I put gas it started for a few maybe 30 sec. And died. I put more gas, won't start. It Was running ok before this, help???? 2 Answers

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 4.7 Sport. I recently put in a new/used motor because my old one had a bad crankshaft. So after getting new motor in I started the truck and it ran great. I only ran it for about 5 seconds because I noticed I had a broken transmission line. I went back the next day and fixed the line. I went to start the truck back up and nothing happened. No click no nothing, everything lights up on dash. My engine light comes on and blinks about tens times than stays steady. My gear selections are all lit up. i replaced the cam shaft postion senor that did not work.. i am not getting spark but i am getting fuel and compression. i tested the battery it is still good..you can still hear the fuel pump kick on...
