Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My fuel pressure has 0 psi and just cranks.  I pulled
the fuel pump fuses, when I put the same ones in it
tried to start. It keeps trying repeatedly if keep
pulling them out the putting back in, but never
starts. The fuses dont look bad. Is it the pump or
the fuses?
