99 dodge ram1500 5.9

So i have my 99 ram truck wont start
Truck has spark new fuel pump n still wont
start. The truck start when addidng started fluid
but shuts right of when i stop adding fluid or if
im adding fluid n step on gas it chokes n dies
right away

What is your fuel pressure, just because you have a new fule pump doesn't mean its good. Have you checked for clogged injectors???
