Why doesn't my Ram have spark?

My 99' Ram was idling and just died. We checked for spark and nothing, checked the coil
and there's no power coming to it. I changed the crank sensor and still nothing. I saw a
post on this site that said the cam sensor only controls fuel injection, since there's no
spark I'm sure that's not the issue, but I tried starter spray anyway and nothing. I checked
the PCM grounds and they were clean. What do you suggest?
