I am trying to rule out the Fuel Pump . When you put starter fuel or Gas in the Carburetor it will attempt to crank and will for a min or so . I am just trying to figure out if the regulator is under the bed or the hood of the truck .

Locating the things to test to rule out the biggest problem is my goal . Any help would be helpful .
