seat belt light stays on after replacing front seat

switched out the drivers seat with one from the same year. when i went to
hook up the seat belt wires, the old seat had a 4 wire connector the replaced
seat has only 2 wire connector, seat belt light goes out when truck is started,
20 sec later with seat connected seat belt light comes on won't go out. How
do i wire it to make the light  go out

if you do/or dont have the wires right.and or ground/s.check the pressure type switch in the seat..

I believe 2 wires are for power to the locking solenoid (when in accident) and 2 wires are sensor telling seat control box that seat belt is latched.
