Front end popping

I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 2 wheel drive when i
turn real sharp the front end pops. Changed the
upper and lower ball joints and wheel bearings idk
why its popping

Check out dodgeforums.com, saw several postings on this problem there. Most suggestions were steering linkages, torsion bar mounts, rack & pinion, and ball joints. May want to put car on lift or stands and crank wheel all the way over while watching & listening for problem.
