you say that you have power on all three wires to both head light bulbs??..you should have one power source each head light should have its own fuse....// and two grounds one for low beam and one for high beam...check your fuses if they are both good then you need to check the grounds I added a wiring diagram..but it may not be right because there are two different head lights with quad lights and with out
Thanks a lot got it fixed
I have this same problem with my 2001 dodge ram sport power on all three wires with the lights unpluged no brights just dims. when i switch the lights on ground appears on one wire and jumps to the outer wire when the brights are switched on. the problem is each plug is wired differently and the harness has been all hacked up. I really need a schematic to figure this pos out but finding a good schematic on google is a shit show every year of ram except mine grr
I'm haveing the same problem 99 dodge ram 1500 I turn my hibeam on and head lights go off I can't find the bad ground . Anyone know where to look
