i have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 truck...we replaced the u joints thinking that was problem..

We drove truck 5 miles and it acted like rear locked up...front wheels rolled but back
wheels didn't....we changed out rear end and it still won't move and makes horrible
sound....any suggestions would be appreciated....thank you

Sound,s like rear brakes may be locking up,if you put new rear end ,did you replace the brakes?
