If your smelling it in the cab your heater core may have a small leak, as it get worse you will notice the floor board will be wet on off drivers side.
CHECK BY/UNDER THR HEATER CORE UP BY FLOOR AND FLOOR BOARD FOR ANY WETNESS...
AND THE HEATER HOSES AT THE FIREWALL OUTSIDE...OR EVEN THE WHOLE UNDER THE HOOD AREA ..REPORT BACK HERE.
My trucks oil pressure is sitting when normal but when I accelerate the oil pressure goes up when I'm at a stoplight it go back to normal and the truck. All warmed up no noises come from the hood...
