have a 2001 dodge Ram 1500 5.9L, brake padel goes to the floor, ABS and
Brake Light on.  The Master Cylinder is full with fluid and no visible leaks

Dijya do any repairs to the brake system lately? Sounds like air somewhere in the system. Check the rear brake lines around n behind the gas tank. they like to rust out there.
