Looking for a transmission
for 1500 ram truck 5.2 ltr.

Well you could buy a used one from an auto salvage yard but you take the risk, after installing it, that it might be no good. A good place may give you a 30 day warranty but then you have do do the whole routine again. Personally I like the almost like new ones (new except for the case) from the dealer. But they cost the most. Next would be a rebuilt one from a good transmission shop. Gotta say, it's hard to find a good one! Most don't replace everything needed and just do band aid repair.
