Misfire from failing fuel pump?

2001 dodge ram 1500 SLT Lamerie RWD. Misfire
isnt all the time, between 30-45mph and after
truck has been sitting over night. Just replaced the
distributor cap and button. Spark plugs are fine,
wires are old but connections are good, ignition
coil is old but connection has no corrosion but has
slight discoloration, cleaned TB. Fuel pressure is
40psi truck on engine off, 45psi idiling, specs says
it should be 44.2-54psi truck on engine off. So
early sign of a failing fuel pump?

Pressure is on the low side but still within specs. How is the delivery of fuel? Do you get a lean code or does a live scan show O2 sensors and fuel trim leaning our? If so then replace the fuel pump assembly and fuel pump relay. If not then live data show show if you have some sensors out of specs or showing a misread.
