Have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Sport hard to Start turns over about 20 times before it fires up?
O2 heater and Evap monitors will not reset. Driven about 210 miles still nothing. Any reason? Will not pass inspection.

Have the o2 sensors replaced and with the evap start at the gas cap once the check engine light goes off u need to put the ecm through a drive cycle most molars have to be run at 55mph or above for the ecm to go into its drive cycle it can take anywhere from 20miles to 300 miles for the drive cycle once it starts the drive cycle and u stop it should not restart so u can do it at ur own pace, I know the head ache that ur going through that's why I buy vehicles that are exempt from the emmisions ins. Here in NYS any vehicle made before 1994 is exempt
