Which happened first, the battery replacement or "the problem"? The first place to always start with any electrical problem r the fuse boxes. Not only the interior, but the power distribution box under the hood.

What did you happen to figure out on this issue? I'm having the exact same issue and I'm stumped..

hey, man. Im having the same issue. solid red light, truck starts right up, runs normally, but no dash lights, no gages, no horn interior lighting, no turn signals, however the headlights and break lights come on and stay on with the key, even with the switch in the off position. Unlike you, however, I have not recently changed the battery. What did you figure out was your issue?

also, I cheaked all the fuses; they are good. May check relays, but there isn't one that controls all the issues I'm having, so I dont suspect any is the culprit

You will need a "new cluster". It's definitely the cluster and the cluster is not rebuildable. You will need to make sure that the used cluster you purchase has the exact same factory options as your truck. If you don't it will be a nightmare.. Trust me! I bought mine on car-part.com
