Have 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 and it has miss firing on four cyclones #1 2 3 4 I replaced the plugs and the engine light came back on saying miss firing again what next please help

Replacing sparkplugs is the best first step. But if the problem has persisted, you have to go further in the ignition system. I'm not sure of the set up on this engine but check spark plug wires, the coil or coils, and look for loose plugins since it is several at one time. Next, consider the fuel rail and injectors. Again, I would suspect a loose plug since so many went at once. If this truck has the Hemi, there is a cylinder deactivation feature that may be coming on at the wrong time. Look closely at your codes or Google the problem and see if any other Hemi owners had this happen. I happen to think the new Hemi is an amazing engine, but anything can break.
