No. It is included as part of the fuel pump module. Are you having fuel delivery problems? You can pull the pump and check the inlet filter. That is the one that will clog way before the secondary one on the top of the module. Good Luck!

Mike is right. The inlet filters are usually bright white when new. If it is very dark could be plugged.
