Can I put 20" wheels on my2002 Dodge Ram 1500 that came with 17" wheels

Do I need to change out my rack & pinion to acommadate 20" wheels?

Not if you don't got too extreme. Make sure you have enough room in your wheel wells.

You would have to lift your truck. The stock fenders and suspension plus tires size and rim all together will not fit right in the fender Wells on front while turning will cause rubbing and premature tire wear if downright not damage to tires.
