2002 dodge ram 4.7 getting hot!

i have an 02 dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7L. i have replaced the thermostat and
radiator cap, tested the thermostat before putting it in. changed out the
coolant but its still getting hot! please help!!!

Is the coolent fan coming on and was that the reason you changed the t stat and cap because it was over heating ?
