i have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7l eng. i need to have the head gaskets replaced.
is there any good places in or near gilroy that will do it ?

Ok- I can't give you a specific garage- I am from New Mexico- but I just happen to be visiting in the Bay Area right now- I bought a '78 T-Bird in San Jose last week and it impressed me with the number of car stuff/places down there- there HAS to be a good garage a good mechanic around you- you just have to find them- it is a Zen quest and you will have to use your wisdom and instincts- first start by calling out of the yellow pages- look for good ads- if they sound friendly over the phone that's a good sign- when you go to check them out, look back in the shop- is it clean and organized? do the mechanics look happy (or at least not all pissed off)- do you like the music? are the girls on the calendars hot? OK I'm kidding, but not really- there are many little things that can tell you if you've found a good garage- and your money is well spent-
