Flashing abs light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced ecu in my Dodge Ram 1500 .
Unplugged battery to reset engine light.
Started pick up and abs light was blinking .
. I have run check on sensor it’s running at
1.94. I volt tested connector that plugs into
rear sensor it metered around 4 volts. I volt
tested connector that plugs into abs
module/ pump. It read 13.10 due to
coming straight from fuse box..

I was told no codes could be detected due to abs light only blinking was that bit of info untrue?
