You would have to fool the computer into thinking the engine was still running cold. Removing the thermostat would work for a while but the computer would look at other sensors and determine that the coolant reading was in error and go ahead and go closed. It would be better to find and fix the actual problem than trying to buffalo the computer.

the quad cab for the 1999 has the small have door and the 2003 quad cab has a more full door. The back windshields don't look to be the same but the junk yard said they have 2003 will it work??
