will p0118 in 2003 ram 4.7l cause a crank no start

disconnected battery on vehicle for exhaust welding, reconnected, crank no start. replcaced crank
sensor for no spark. started and ran 1/2 hour. turned steering wheel and vehicle stalled. restarted and
idled only with throttle input. now crank no start dtc p0118 coolant sensor high limit.

As the coolant sensor gets hor it's resistance drops. If the resistance gets too low it pulls the sensor voltage too low for the crank/cam sensor to work. This is the first time I have seen the coolant sensor pick it up. Did changing the coolant sensor fix it?
