no spark no start on my 4.7

no spark to any of the plugs  got oil sensor and crank sensor codes can these make no spark. all 8
individual coils have nothing

its doubtful that those codes would cause a no start issue . more info is needed to put a finger on your problem. you could ckeck if you timming belt or chaon is ok. that would cause a no spark issue and it could cause your troble codes to register

This is what I have goin on . No spark new plugs and coils packs
