03 Dodge 1500 Air Conditioner

03 Dodge 1500 Air conditioner is on but just seeps out after riding. Is this the fan not working or could it be something else? I was told the truck dash may need to be removed and that costs $$$ for labor. Any suggestions.

I believe there is a problem with defroster door ,there is a service bulletin or similar on it, mine freezes up then I turn it off( a/c ) with fan still running then it will blow good air for a while till it slows down again
