2004 Ram 1500, 5.7l,

Doesnt seem to be getting fuel, even after a new pump assembly. Had throttle
body changed. Originally, when it would not start, I had to press accelerator
pedal part way down, and it would fire and continue to run. After changing the
throttle body, same occurrence of not wanting to start, except when gas pedal
depressed. Mechanic still scratching his head!
