Transmission acting up

I have an 04 Dodge Ram 1500 and I'm
shifting at high RPM's. My first shift is
smooth but then second gear shifts at
2200 rpm and third is around 3000 rpm at
times

My cousin had the same problem with his Dakota. he changed all the sensors and nothing as well taking it to 3 shops with no help and had to rebuild the transmission witch fixed the problem. But he rand it like that for years
