If you hear the blower motor running, when you turn the A/C on high, it's probably broken vent doors. Check all the vent settings and see if any work, while others do not. If you can't hear the blower motor running on high, the motor, relay, or fuse is blown. The motor is located under and behind(slightly), your glove box. Easy to replace, but check relays and fuse first. My vent doors stopped working for the panel. I got lucky, because mine was just stuck. Replacing those cheaply built doors would be a bitch. Tore my whole dash apart. Removed stereo system, steering wheel, just about everything and still couldn't access any way of replacing the doors, if I'd needed too.
