Dodge ram hemi swap

I have a 2004 5.7 hemi ,that needs an engine,found
one from a 2005 durango,will it work since its not
mds?

According to www.tascaparts.com the short block assembly is the same and the cylinder heads are the same. The oil pan and oil pickup assembly are different. The exhaust manifolds and intake manifold are the same. The timing cover and crankshaft damper are different. Looks like you would need to do some parts swapping to get it to work. Why not go to the www.tascaparts.com website and look up some various part numbers to see what is the same and what is not.
