2014 Engine swap in an 2004

Is it possible to install a 2014 5.7L Hemi w/ wiring
harness and PCM into my 2004 1500 Hemi? Is the
motor compatible with an 04 Transmission as
well?

The 14 ECM and wiring are probably not compatible with the 04 transmission.

If I have the transmission that goes with the motor should I run into any issues?

You will run into fewer problems but you need the full smog system including the exhaust with cats and O2 sensors.

If you have the donor truck you should have everything you need.
