05 dodge ram 5.7 4x4

Felt it lose power for a few seconds when driving,
got home tried to start it a couple hours later, it
started and then died with no throttle response,
now it just turns over, but won't start.   Fuel issue?

Fuel pressure needs to be measured. Can you hear the fuel pump kick on briefly when turning the key on trying to crank it?

No engine light and i just tried to hear fuel pump it's windy out side but didn't hear it kick in

Take a large rubber mallet or similar and give the fuel tank a good whack. If it starts the fuel pump or associated wiring is the problem.
