First try unplugging an O2 sensor and see if the CEL comes on. I suspect it may be burnt out. Seems weird that your truck is running that bad without throwing a CEL. If CEL is bad, get the codes read. If light is good, start with removing the throttle body. Tear it down and completely clean it the throttle body spray. Remove your IAC and clean that as well. Buy a can of MAF cleaner and spray down your Mass Air Flow sensor. Pull a couple of plugs and see if they're all black and fouled. If so, replace your ECT. Engine running too rich. Post back with results.........

I have a 2002 i replaced everything and my dodge is still shakey at 50 miles an hour when u hold the gas idle at one point it does it wondering if its the ignition coil
