Seems like it takes off real
sluggish after the engine is
warm.  And it's getting worse
Sluggish like starving for gas

Test your coolant temperate sensor (the one for the ECU) and Intake Air Temperature sensors, It can be done with a multimeter and a couple pins pretty easily (back probing), you should be able to find what the values are supposed to be in a Dodge Ram forum. Even if either of them aren't the problem you've st least eliminated 2 things quickly and cheaply. Next id be checking fuel pressure to see if it drops off when the engine is hot
