my truck runs fine took it to dodge dealer and they said it was no5 cylinder starter coil took to my mechanic and he said it was fine he thinks could be valve spring truck drives fine and doesnt burn oil or backfire just idles a little rough but driving down highway no smoke or backfires deems ok engine light is on

If the check engine light's on, I'd recommend taking it to a shop or parts store and hooking up a diagnostic and see what the engine codes say.
