checked coils replaced cam sensor and crank sensor still no fire

Since when do dodge trucks have timing belts? and how does a fuel pump cause no spark? That's beyond me, since you have replaced both sensors I would suspect pcm since that's what grounds the coils. Since you have a scanner handy did you check to see if the pcm is seeing rpm? do the coils have power to them all?
well if the wires to the cam and crank sensors had a fault a code would be set and the sensors are new. So I would really lean towards a bad pcm. but I would ohm out the sensors wires from the pcm to the sensor to be sure you don't have a issue there.
